Givenchy design infringement prosecution BCBG

It looks like Givenchy is the latest designer fashion brand fraud here. According to Givenchy Women's Wear Daily, BCBG MAX AZRIA Group Co., Ltd. filed a federal lawsuit in the Central District of California Western Division, claiming that its Nightingale bags by young contemporary line BCBGeneration Rembrandt bags trade dress infringement of the object.

In addition to requiring financial retribution, Givenchy hope BCBGeneration completely stopped selling its handbags.
